How exactly does ZIP-based lead routing work?
When a customer purchases or searches by ZIP, we route the lead to the most relevant dealer using:
- Primary rules: proximity to ZIP, availability, partner priority (if set)
- Ties: round-robin distribution
- Attribution: shipping ZIP or your referral link
You’ll receive email/app notifications and see leads in the dashboard.

When will the CarCar.Care apps be available on the App Store and Google Play?
Public rollout follows MVP testing. Approved dealers get early access via TestFlight (iOS) and Closed Testing (Android). We’ll announce availability on this page and via email.
How does booking work in the apps?
Customers enter ZIP, select a nearby installer, pick a time, and pay. You can require deposits, configure buffers, and block out unavailable days. All bookings sync to your calendar.
What are the payout options and cadence?
Payouts are aggregated monthly after the return window.
- Methods: store credit (instant), ACH/PayPal (1–3 business days)
- Reports: dashboard summary + CSV export
Do you support exclusive territories?
By default, the program is non-exclusive. Limited exclusivity can be offered in high-volume ZIPs based on sustained performance and SLA adherence. Contact support to discuss.
What’s your policy on cancellations and no-shows?
You can configure deposits and cancellation rules in the dashboard:
- Deposits: fixed $ or % of order
- Grace period: free reschedule window (e.g., 24h)
- No-show fee: optional (applied to deposit)
Customers see these terms before confirming the booking.
Can I customize my public profile on the map?
Yes. You can update phone, website, Instagram, city/ZIP, services, hours, and upload a logo or shop photo. Requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
What marketing assets do I get as a dealer?
You’ll receive:
- Photo packs (product, lifestyle, installation)
- Short-form videos (IG/TT/YT Shorts)
- Editable captions + hashtags
- Printable counter cards and one-pagers
Assets are refreshed quarterly.
How long does installation usually take?
Most installs take 5–15 minutes thanks to adhesive-free TPU. We include checklists and videos to reduce rework and bubbles.
Are CarCar.Care protectors compatible with my customer’s vehicle?
We cut by model/year. Check the product page for compatibility; if a model isn’t listed, contact us — we can advise on fit or custom sizing.
What’s your warranty and returns policy?
Manufacturing defects are covered. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Contact support with your order number for next steps.
How do you handle data privacy and compliance?
We follow least-data principles with encryption at rest and in transit. Booking and lead data is used for routing, payouts, and analytics. We support GDPR/CCPA requests.
What support SLA do dealers receive?
Dealer-first support with target response times:
- Urgent order issues: < 4 business hours
- General tickets: 1 business day
- Asset/profile updates: 24–72 hours
